Westminster, MD, Monday, May 23, 2022 – Carroll County Government offices are closed in observance of Memorial Day on Monday, May 30, 2022. Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, May 31, 2022.

The Resource Recovery Park, Northern Landfill will also close for the holiday and reopen on Tuesday with normal hours.
