Carroll County Government offices as well as Senior & Community Centers will be closed for the holidays on the following days:

Friday, December 23^rd                       Offices are closed at 12:00 noon

Monday, December 26^th                   Offices are closed

Monday, January 2^nd                         Offices are closed

The Carroll County Resource and Recovery Park Northern Landfill holiday hours:

Friday, December 23^rd                      Facility open normal hours; close at 4:30 pm

Saturday, December 24^th                  Facility closed to customers at 12:00 noon

Monday, December 26^th                   Facility closed

Saturday, December 31^st                  Facility closed to customers at 12:00 noon

Monday, January 2^nd                         Facility closed

WeCare Denali, the residential yard waste depository in Woodbine, is closed on Saturday, December 24^th and Saturday, December 31^st.

The Hap Baker Firearms Facility hours:

Friday, December 23rd                     Facility open normal hours

Saturday, December 24^th                  Facility open 10:00 am – 1:00 pm

Sunday, December 25^th                    Facility closed

Saturday, December 31^st                  Facility open 10:00 am – 1:00 pm

Sunday, January 1^st                            Facility closed

Piney Run will be open normal hours except for closures on Monday 12/26 and Monday 1/2.

All offices resume normally scheduled hours on Tuesday, January 3, 2023. The Carroll County Board of Commissioners will hold Open Session on Thursday, December 22, 2022, then break and reconvene on Thursday, January 12, 2023 (no session on 12/29/22 or 1/5/23).
